Some of their leaders seem to feel that a Hearse that is in too bad a shape to be restored, is only fit to be used as a parts car, or be entered in a demolition derby. The truth is, you would have gotten a similar reaction if you had asked for Model T Fords to be demolished on one of their club message boards, 1955 Chevys on one of the Classic Chevy message boards, or inquired about where to buy Nazi memorbilia from a Jewish message board. I would rather see a worn out hearse customized, or even used for parts, then being rendered useless for either in a demolition derby.
