Is it smog exempt? And any ideas for an economical way to get it to Huntington Beach? And whats the timing issue?

I was told that the timing issue is the chain jumped a gear or more, when I purchased it ut was in Burbank and I had it brought to Bakersfield on a flat bed tow truck it wasn't very expensive. and yes it is smog exempt.

Ah ok, jumped chain, replacement gears and Poss valve job, not to bad, how much did it cost to flatbed it up? and does it run at all?... Sorry for all the questions

I don't remember its been 5 or so years since I purchased it, I wanna say it was around $300 or so. as for it running, last time I had it "running" was about 3 years ago and with the timing advanced all the way it barely stayed running. and no problem with the questions my cell numbers in the craigslist add if you would like to call me also.
